How to Rent a Car in Medan in 5 Simple Steps

You can rent a car in Medan from your phone in about five minutes, without creating an account. Here is the full process from search to pick-up.
1. Choose your dates and pick-up point
On the homepage, choose a pick-up location (Kualanamu Airport, Medan Railway Station, our office or your hotel), then the pick-up and return dates. The system shows how many rental days that is.
2. Pick an available vehicle
Only vehicles that are free on your dates are shown. Each one lists seats, transmission, fuel type and the daily rate.
3. Choose service and destination
- With driver or self-drive
- Within the city (Medan, Binjai, Deli Serdang, the airport) or out of town (Lake Toba, Berastagi, Bukit Lawang and beyond)
The driver fee changes with the destination, and the total updates instantly.
4. Enter your details and pay
Enter your name, email and WhatsApp number. Add your flight number or hotel name in the notes. Pay by virtual account, QRIS, e-wallet or card (where available). Your vehicle is reserved as soon as the payment is confirmed.
5. Meet your driver
You receive a confirmation email with your booking code and a private booking link. Before pick-up, the driver contacts you on WhatsApp with the car colour and number plate.
