A clear payment system gives peace of mind to both renter and rental company. Here is how deposits and final payments work at Medan Rent Car.
Online payment
When you book on the website, you pay in full through a payment gateway. Once paid, the vehicle is reserved immediately and the invoice can be downloaded.
Bookings through our team
For special bookings, such as large groups or company contracts:
- A deposit of at least 30% when the reservation is confirmed
- The balance 1 day before or on vehicle handover
Payment methods
- Virtual accounts at many banks
- QRIS and e-wallets
- Credit card through a payment gateway
- Transfer to the official account in the company's name
Avoid fraud
Never transfer to a personal account claiming to represent a rental company. Make sure you receive an official booking code and invoice for every payment.
For companies
Companies with a contract can use monthly invoicing as agreed, with supporting documents for accounting.
